Our Founder
As Managing Director of The LYNCH Group, Doug Lynch advises, mentors and coaches entrepreneurs, startups and new and growing organizations so they can improve and succeed in a difficult economy.
Doug has been involved with Organizational Effectiveness initiatives for over 25 years, including the areas of Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and most recently the Lean Startup process. His work has taken him on global assignments throughout North America, Europe, SE Asia and New Zealand.
